Description: What better way to spend the first part of spring break than on a road trip with the BGS through the American southwest! We will visit Red Rock Canyon State Park (NV), Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park (UT), Bryce Canyon National Park (UT), Capitol Reef National Park (UT), Arches National Park (UT), Mesa Verde National Monument (CO), and Sunset Crater National Monument (AZ). Great geology, great friends, and a great price: the $100 covers everything except food, including gas, park entrance fees, and campsites. More details will be sent out separately, including how you can help write the fieldtrip guide and, if you like, get school credit for it!
